Learn to Take a Break

I don’t consider myself to be a person who needs to take a break but I know plenty of people who need one. Remember people livings not just the work you do take a break, when you need it and when you don’t need it.  In other words, stop and smell the roses.

On a desolate road, far from friends, farther from home, take a break

In a long day, the hours stacking on, the fatigue layering on, sleep running thin                    Take a break

Anger turning thick, patience that was never built up, suspicions running high

Step away from the work

The hours just slow enough, the weather, cold or hot, but beautiful

Enjoy the nature

Life running rampant, both hands full, trying to play your cards

Slow down, fold the hand

Fog between you and the canvas?

Five right choices to change everything?

Life’s never so simple

Eat something green and spiteful

Get that h2O

Then after a bit of sleep and rest. Go back to it

Or, if not

Stop, approach it on a new day. Take a break
